A Study On Model Education Of Young Pionerrs

For school education,young pioneers model education has an irreplaceable role.The young pioneers of China is a special organization that conducts collective education,self-education and practical education from the bottom up.However,with the accelerated development of our society,the worldview and values of young pioneers are also changing,and its effectiveness is difficult to achieve and in trouble.Taking S primary school in D city as an example,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of young pioneers' model education in this school by means of literature,questionnaire and interview.Firstly,the research background,purpose and significance of this paper are put forward,and relevant concepts are defined.Through sorting out and analyzing relevant domestic and foreign literatures on model education,the research ideas and methods of this paper are put forward.Secondly,an investigation was conducted on the current situation of young pioneers' model education in S primary school in D city,and interviews were conducted with the guidance counselors of the young pioneers' brigade and the guidance counselors of the squadron.It was found that S primary school has some problems,such as outdated education content,single education method,mainstream choice of stars and different knowledge and behavior of model learning.The reasons behind each problem are analyzed in detail.The main reasons are that the development characteristics of children are ignored,the methods of education are outdated,model education is not equal to moral education,and schools do not pay enough attention to model education of young pioneers.Finally,under the combination of theoretical support and practical research,the following countermeasures should be taken to make the young pioneers' model education achieve real results: first,to cultivate the moral thinking ability of young pioneers;Second,give full play to the subjectivity of young pioneers;Third,carry out the young pioneers model education in various forms;Fourth,set up the diversification young pioneers model type;Purification of publicity in the mass media;Establish a reasonable campus environment with reward and punishment system.
