Institution is an important part of our country’s public sector, and plays a decisive role in China’s economic development and the construction of harmonious society. Institution is not for the purpose of profit, is the national organization for social purposes, with the public welfare, the aim is to provide high quality, highly effective, fair and low-cost, sustainable public service, to meet the public’s growing activities such as education, science and technology, culture, public health needs and spiritual life needs, and institution staff job performance as a service output quality directly determines the institutions can meet the needs of the public. But through the investigation and literature research, due to the current institution of human resource management system is not perfect, management idea obsolete, the staff performance evaluation become a mere formality, lead to business unit staff work performance is difficult to adapt to meet the basic requirement of the public service. As a one of the most important resources in the organization, employees create and reflect the performance of the organization. Therefore, effectively stimulate staff’s work enthusiasm, improve employee performance is very important.Based on social exchange of organization behavior and employee relations research is a common trend of international academic research. Relevant research mainly focused on the psychological contract, organizational commitment, leader- member exchange and perceived organizational support. In terms of the overall research situation, the study from the psychological contract and organizational commitment to gradually leader- member exchange, and perceived organizational support has gradually in-depth evolution. According to the development of perceived organizational support, the research status and performance is summarized on the basis of related theory, using the combined method of theoretical and empirical, to business unit employees as the research object, the business unit employees perceived organizational support impact on job performance has carried on the detailed analysis and the empirical study.First of all, this article through to the literature review and research findings, summarizes the experience of domestic and foreign studies, on this basis, put forward in this paper, the theoretical model and research assumptions; Second, the existing research in foreign countries as a reference scale developed on the basis of the new scale as a research tool, for business unit employees, a questionnaire survey; Then based on the data collected by the analysis related to the reliability and validity in prove feasibility and validity of the questionnaire; Through descriptive statistical analysis to analyze the development of the business unit employees perceived organizational support and job performance of the present situation; Through the analysis of the differences between a test to demographic variables effects on employees’ perceived organizational support and job performance; Through the correlation analysis to study the perceived organizational support various dimensions and work performance of the correlation between each dimension; Perceived organizational support was studied by regression analysis the influence degree of each dimension of job performance dimensions. Through the empirical research approach of this paper discusses the research hypothesis, it is concluded that perceived organizational support and job performance has a positive correlation between each dimension and perceived organizational support has a significant influence on job performance this conclusion; Finally, according to the results of the research on how to improve the perceived organizational support to improve the institution staff raises some countermeasures and Suggestions.
