Theresearch On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Police Patrol Prevention And Control Work In A City

Currently,the reform of China has entered a critical period.The rapid economic development has caused the original social structure,social class and interests of different social groups to gradually differentiate.Capital shuffling,cultural conflicts and value shocks have triggered social contradictions in the new era.As a result,the urban security situation has shown a dynamic trend.In response to the objective requirements of social security prevention and control in the new perid,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also particularly emphasized public security,social governance,security prevention and control,and national security,meanwhile,required speeding up the construction of the social security prevention and control system and improving the public security system.It also points out the direction for the police to carry out comprehensive rectification of social security.As a basic project for the police to further promote the comprehensive management of social security,the workof Patrol-controlingis a practical needsof effective preventing and resolving various risks,managing social contradictions.It is also the most powerful means for maintaining public security and combating crimes,and is essential for maintaining the stable development of society.In the era of diversification and informationization,crime is more fluid,sudden and violent.In the face of huge pressure and severe challenges,only by in-depth study of the operational mechanism of Patrol-controling,discovering shortcomings and loopholes.The level of of Patrol-controling will be improved,then improving the overall effectiveness of crime prevention and control.Based on the basic theory of Patrol-controling work,this article clarifies the importance of strengthening Patrol-controlingwork in City A.By studying the current situation of Patrol-controling in City A,this paper analyzes the problems in the Patrol-controling system,drawed on the advanced practices and experience in Patrol-controling work at domestic and foreign,and targeted suggestions for improving the Patrol-controling work in City A,from team management mechanism,functional reform,service mode,and strategic practice.Implement four aspects to improve the construction of the urban Patrol-controling system,in order to provide feasible reference and practical significance for the grassroots public security work,and promote the orderly development of public security patrol and control work in City A.
