Research On Performance Appraisal Of Patrol Police Of Harbin Public Security Bureau

Since the 18~thh National Congress of CPC,the performance appraisal has been accelerated development gradually in all areas of governmental management.However,the establishment of management concept about performance appraisal in China has been affected by many problems such as history,whose structure is far from perfect.Especially the Public Security Bureau,as a representative one of administrative units,has gradually presented many problems caused by lack of performance appraisal.This article takes the patrol performance appraisal in Harbin Public Security Bureau as the research subject to deeply analyze and discuss how to build a system of performance appraisal in this unit,in order to solve the practical problems of existence.This article mainly includes several parts as follows:The first part is introduction,whose main content are the research background,purpose and significance of this article,introducing the research status,ideas and methods about performance appraisal at home and abroad,as well as elaborating the key points,difficulty and innovation in this article.The second part is an overview of the patrol performance appraisal theory,whose main content are the concept of patrol performance appraisal,patrol appraisal and features of patrol performance appraisal.The third part includes the status,problems and causes of patrol performance appraisal in Harbin Public Security Bureau,which mainly includes status introduction,as well as analysis for existing problems and causes of problems.The fourth part is the countermeasure for improving the patrol performance appraisal in Harbin Public Security Bureau.I researched the patrol performance appraisal in Harbin Public Security Bureau,and gave some immature opinion and suggestion on the existing problems from my angle of study and work.But due to my lack of knowledge,some imperfect parts in this article,which need to be revised and further studied in the future study and work.Meanwhile,it is hoped that this article can help to promote the reform of public security bureau,"Four Constructions"and the further professional construction of police force,as well as contribute new ideas and methods to the construction of national police front and performance appraisal of public security police.
