Studies On The Poverty Alleviating Relocation Of Social Integration

As a global problem,the poverty problem is highly concerned by governments all over the world.Since the beginning of the new century,in view of the special national conditions of "one party can’t afford to feed one party because of the soil and water" in China’s deeply poverty-stricken areas,the national development and reform commission(NDRC)has successively carried out the relocation project of poverty alleviation in remote areas across the country in 2001 with the approval of the state council,aiming to fight poverty alleviation and achieve an all-round well-off society.As a "provincial model" for poverty alleviation across the country,Guizhou has entered a crucial period for winning the battle against poverty.Undoubtedly,relocation of poverty-stricken rural residents has become a "tough bone" in this battle,which involves not only the removal of poor rural households,but also the subsequent development and integration of the relocated population.Based on this,how to focus on,study and solve the social integration problem of relocation of poverty-stricken areas migration is so special importance and practical significance.The field survey was conducted on the five dimensions of work integration,life integration,communication integration,rights integration and psychological integration,this paper comprehensively,deeply and systematically analyzes the basic status quo of poverty alleviation relocation and migration in Xingyi city,and objectively investigates the real state,realistic predicament,restrictive factors and feasible path of social integrationThe study shows that the overall social integration of poverty alleviation,relocation and migration in yidi areas presents a "mixed" pattern.From the perspective of resettlement,the results of the questionnaire survey show that at present,the poverty alleviation resettlement immigrant communities in yi areas show a high degree of aggregation,urban island,scattered resettlement of multiple forms of coexistence;From the perspective of social integration,the degree of integration in work,life,communication,rights and psychology of poverty-relief relocation migrants in yi-location is continuously enhanced,but the overall state of integration is not ideal.From the perspective of integration barriers,poverty alleviation relocation and migration in yi-land not only encounter five practical difficulties: "poor" work integration,"low quality" life integration,"limited" communication integration,"absence" rights integration and "edge" psychological integration,but also face multiple constraints from three factors,namely,policies,society and individuals.Therefore,this paper proposes to strengthen employment training,self-learning and policy guidance in work;In daily life,we should strengthen policy guarantee,improve infrastructure and protect environmental health.In terms of communication,we should improve the level of participation,establish a new life circle and broaden the scope of communication.In terms of rights,it is necessary to improve the subject consciousness,enhance the degree of participation and strengthen the identity of rights.In psychology,15 countermeasures should be established from five dimensions including changing ideas,strengthening communication and self-identity,so as to provide certain empirical basis and feasible reference for functional departments at all levels.
