In order to build a well-off society in an all-round way and quicken the pace of poverty alleviation, the state has vigorously advocated the relocation policy of poverty alleviation in different places in recent years, vigorously carried out poverty alleviation actions, and the trend of relocation in different places has been prevalent. It has been a tradition for thousands of years for Chinese people to relocate their land, but for villagers,it is a dilemma. On the one hand, the villagers lost the land resources they depended on to survive and live in the process of relocation. On the other hand, after the villagers relocated, they appeared to be dissatisfied with the rhythm of modern community life.In order to solve these problems,we should start from the following three aspects: first,to strengthen the scope of publicity and mobilization, and strive to change the villagers' ideology;second,to improve the relevant infrastructure to ensure the basic life of the villagers after the relocation;third,to enhance the efforts of the relocation policy to benefit the people and attract the villagers to move democratically. In order to find a possible way to connect the relocated villagers with modern life, this paper takes the relocation policy in different places as the focus and empowerment theory as the analysis method, choosing some relocated farmers in different places as research cases. In the field interviews and surveys, the author found that the relocation farmers' social integration ability is weak mainly in the psychological, economic and social aspects.Psychological aspects are mainly manifested in the loss of self-identity,belonging,lack of self-confidence and comfort;economic aspects are mainly manifested in the increased cost of living and the decline of self-digestion ability;social aspects are mainly manifested in the single social interaction, into the island predicament. To this end,the author through various means,by guiding the case owners and their families to establish a reasonable understanding, rebuild self-confidence,and rely on government, community and other resources to help them find employment opportunities, increase economic sources, improve integration ability to adapt to the new living environment. The intervention was carried out according to the steps of accepting, estimating, intervening, evaluating, closing and returning visits. The whole intervention process lasted for half a year, with a total of 14 case interviews and a thematic activity. At present, most of the goals of this intervention have been achieved, and the social integration ability of thecase owners and their families has been improved after their relocation, which effectively promotes the harmonious development of the community. Finally,it is found that the intervention of case work can effectively enhance the ability of social integration of relocated villagers. It has strong pertinence and feasibility when it intervenes in the plight of social integration of relocated farmers. The intervention of social work can help the relocated peasants better in time, build a harmonious community, effectively carry out poverty alleviation work, and contribute to the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.It is hoped that more social workers will be involved in the study of poverty alleviation and relocation through the case work of building the social integration ability of the relocated peasants, which will provide some reference for the future study of social work intervention and the solution of the relocation problem of poverty alleviation in different places.
