Research On The Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Of Market Supervision In Shenyang H District

The state have established the State Administration for Market Regulation,which promote fair competition.Shenyang H District have also successively set up the institutions.After several years,the problems,such as excessive enforcement and prevarication,have been solved in Shenyang H District.Institutional merger can integrate the scope of functions,but the realization of deep integration does not happen overnight.This thesis adopts literature analysis method and interview method.This thesis uses theory of market regulation and service government.this thesis statistically analyzes the number of law enforcement teams,the number of new market entities,and the investment of law enforcement funds.This thesis points out that there still exists the problem of imperfect function reconstruction in the market regulation in Shenyang H District.It mainly includes four aspects: the weakness of the grass-roots team,the unclear boundaries,the low efficiency,and the low effectively measure about law enforcement.In order to solve these problems,this thesis proposes to build a grass-roots team,clear the boundaries,increase the investment funds,and formulate quantifiable evaluation standards for comprehensive administrative law enforcement.In addition,the thesis also finds that,At the grass-roots level,the complexity of the work affects the effect.it is easy to cause law enforcement to lag behind the development of the market economy,which may need further study.
