| Under the new era,Chinese market supervision is facing serious challenge.To ensure the order of market economy and promote fair market competition,Chinese market supervision system and supervisory system also get further development and improvement.F County,Anhui Province implements the national policies and guidelines,integrates the functions of industry and commerce,food and drug supervision and quality supervision,and establishes the Market Supervision Administration of F County,Anhui Province in 2014.The establishment of the Market Supervision Administration of F County in Anhui Province is an important step in building a service-oriented government,and also a key step in the reform of the market supervision and grassroots comprehensive law enforcement system in F County in Anhui Province.The problems of "kicking the ball","multiple doors" and low law enforcement efficiency in grassroots comprehensive law enforcement have been solved to a large extent.However,at the same time,there are still a series of problems such as weak law enforcement forces at the grassroots level,lack of professional talents,and imperfect functional system construction.The reform of market supervision system and the construction of comprehensive law enforcement system at the grassroots level are not accomplished overnight,and we need to continue to study and improve.Based on the actual situation of the comprehensive law enforcement of market supervision in F County,Anhui Province,this paper combines the law enforcement experience and own perception of the grass-roots market supervision institute in F County,Anhui Province,adopts the methods of literature analysis,investigation and interview,and participation observation,and applies the theories of market regulation,government regulation and service-oriented government.Based on the analysis and research of the grassroots law enforcement team,market supervision subject and grassroots law enforcement policy guarantee in F County,Anhui Province,it is concluded that there are problems in the construction of law enforcement system in the comprehensive law enforcement of market supervision in F County,Anhui Province.Collate data according to analysis.Mainly reflected in the current Anhui F County’s "Party building leading" role is not strong play,law enforcement team strength is weak,law enforcement system is not active enough coordination,law enforcement efficiency is not obvious four aspects of the problem.In order to solve the F county in Anhui market supervision problems of comprehensive law enforcement,this article put forward to strengthen the "lead" party building,strengthen the law enforcement team strength,improve the system of law enforcement mechanism to ensure that law enforcement efficiency,in further solve the problem of F county in Anhui market comprehensive law enforcement regulation at the same time,to better promote the construction of Anhui F county,a service-oriented government,Provide basic guarantee for revitalizing the regional economy of Anhui F County. |
