Problems And Countermeasures In The Process Of Optimizing Business Environment Of Public Security Department In S City

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the optimization of urban business environment has become an important task for the economic and social development of various regions in China.The revitalization of Northeast China depends on L Province,and the development of L province depends on s city.As the backbone of maintaining social stability and promoting economic development of the whole city,the Public Security Department of s city should take the lead in the critical period of social reform,set a benchmark and set an example for other government departments.Therefore,this paper studies the problems and Countermeasures in the process of optimizing the business environment of the Public Security Department of S City,which not only caters to the development needs of the new era and responds to the urgent expectations of the masses of enterprises,but also has certain social significance,As well as other areas of the province public security departments to optimize the business environment work to provide a certain reference value.In this paper,the questionnaire survey and field research methods are used to investigate the satisfaction of residents in s city to the public security department in optimizing the business environment,including the satisfaction of receiving and dealing with police,the satisfaction of cracking down on crimes,the satisfaction of patrol prevention and control,the satisfaction of community management,the satisfaction of window service and the overall satisfaction.The survey results show that the residents of s city are satisfied with the public security department’s service on the whole,but they also think that there are some defects in the service,such as the public security department’s work efficiency still needs to be further improved,the service process and procedures have some shortcomings,there is still a lot of room to improve the service efficiency at the enterprise level,and the crackdown on crimes still needs to be strengthened The lack of standardization in the process of law enforcement.Therefore,according to the survey results,the problems existing in the process of optimizing the business environment of the public security department in s city are as follows: the working mechanism between the departments is not smooth,the public security department is not effective in dealing with the social environment changes,the combination of attack and prevention,the streamlining of administration and decentralization is not in place,and the channels of enterprise rights protection and dispute resolution are narrow.The reasons for the problems are as follows: the public security department’s awareness of business environment management is not strong,the ability to maintain social security and stability is still lacking,the reform of "decentralization,management and service" is not deep enough,and the level of law enforcement is not high.On the basis of finding out the problems and analyzing the reasons,the corresponding improvement countermeasures are put forward,such as improving the political position of optimizing the business environment,strengthening the governance of social security,creating a safe and stable social environment,improving the quality of government services,creating a service environment that is convenient for enterprises and the people,Strictly Standardizing the level of law enforcement,and creating a fair and just legal environment.
