| To realize the important goal of the modernization of national governance,we can not do without the construction of the system level and the construction of value.The basis and prerequisite of the construction of the rule of law are law,in which the "law" is the basic value of social organization and individual citizens in the process of realizing the distribution of rights and obligations,daily behavior norms and order construction.The core values of socialism are the mainstream values of contemporary China,and are the largest value conventions,which clarify what kind of country to build from the three levels of country,society and individual,to achieve what kind of development,what kind of citizens to cultivate,and establish the general tone of the practice of national governance.In the current society,part of the practice of rule of law violates the original intention of the value of the construction of the rule of law,the propaganda and cultivation of socialist core values lack of institutional guarantee and other issues still exist,in general,has caused a certain impact on the practice of national governance,delayed the process of modernization of national governance.To promote the integration of socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law and the effective integration of different forms of governance is not only the realistic need of the current socialist rule of law construction with Chinese characteristics,but also the substantive guarantee of cultivating the socialist core values,and also a necessary measure to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.Therefore,based on the perspective of national governance,the paper makes a systematic study of the theoretical logic and realistic path of socialist core values integrated into the construction of the rule of law.The paper adopts the research method of literature research and comparative analysis,and makes a relevant explanation and explanation on the research background,research status and path selection of socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law.First of all,the paper combs through the ideological origin of the integration of socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law,from Marx and Engels’ theory of national governance,Xi Jinping’s new era of socialist ism with Chinese characteristics,the thought of moral governance and rule of law in Chinese traditional culture,and the relevant argumentation of Western scholars.Secondly,the paper,starting from the current state of state governance work and aiming at the modernization of national governance,studies the realistic basis for the integration of socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law,the phenomenon of value deviation in the construction of the rule of law,the lack of institutional guarantee for the cultivation of socialist core values,and the integration of values and norms in the construction of the national governance system.Third,the paper focuses on the relationship between the socialist core values and the construction of the rule of law,focusing on the "feasibility of integration",mainly from the value of the homogeneity,the goal of the homogeneity,the subject of the same ity to analyze the socialist core values and the construction of the rule of law of the internal relationship,combed out the socialist core values can be integrated into the construction of the rule of law theoretical logic.Finally,based on the previous research,the paper constructs a concrete path from the leading function of socialist core values and the safeguard ingenuity of the construction of the rule of law.In short,based on the dual interactive perspective of value and norm,the paper analyzes and demonstrates the ideological origin,realistic basis,theoretical logic and practical path of the core values of socialism into the construction of the rule of law,and realizes the interdisciplinary research in the relevant fields,and provides a new explanatory framework for the relevant research in the academic circles.However,the paper in these aspects of the study still exists the problem of insufficient understanding,incomplete analysis,but also the research work needs to be further improved content. |
