Research On Public Opinion Mobilization In "Red China"(1931-1934)

"Red China",which was first published on December 11,1931,is an organ newspaper of the Provisional Central Government of the Chinese Soviet Republic and one of the most influential newspapers during the Chinese Communist Party’s partial ruling period.At the most difficult moment of the situation in the central revolutionary base area,at the critical stage of the war,"Red China" was able to best express the political propositions of the party and the Soviet government,highlight its political goals and political inclination,exert a powerful public opinion mobilization function,and consolidate the base areas.Powerful material and spiritual forces are a rare weapon of public opinion in revolutionary wars.This article preliminarily discusses the creation and development of "Red China",using its rich and distinctive editorials from 1931 to 1934 as the starting point for research,using text analysis and quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,combined with the special historical background of "Red China",this article systematically sorted out the content of the newspaper’s public opinion mobilization during this period,researched and refined the characteristics of its public opinion mobilization,and analyzed the public opinion propaganda of "Red China" in organizing and mobilizing the broad masses of people.It played an important role in the development of Soviet construction and the struggle against encirclement and suppression.At the same time,it also discussed the practical enlightenment and reference of "Red China" in the mobilization of public opinion for the party journals and newspapers in the new era to effectively guide public opinion.
