Research On The Issue Of Re-socialization Of Released Persons

The issue of re-socialization of released prisoners has always received extensive attention from all walks of life.In addition to the continuous increase in the rate of re-crime now,this issue has attracted the attention of various countries,and many scholars in my country have conducted research on this issue.,But in terms of its results,the benefits are not very satisfactory.At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to realize the modernization of governance capabilities and governance systems.As an important part of this system,the re-socialization of prisoners should also arouse our extensive attention.Through the author’s visits and investigations to the judicial bureau,prisons,and prisoners,the author found that in the process of re-socialization of prisoners,from society to family,from government to individual,they have caused complex problems in this process.If the problem is not resolved,it will inevitably become a destabilizing factor in society and hinder its development.After empirical investigation,the author explores the issue of re-socialization of prisoners from the following four aspects in this article:The first part is the definition and value of the re-socialization of persons released from prison in my country.In the first section of this part,we elaborated on the definition of people released from prison and re-socialization in our country,and compared them with those released from prison abroad.The second section expounds the value of the relevant systems for the re-socialization of released prisoners in my country,and expounds the necessity of these systems from the perspective of society and individuals.The second part is the analysis of the status of the re-socialization of those released from prison and the problems in it through the situation of the investigation.The third part is the relevant regulations on the re-socialization of released prisoners outside the territory,namely the protection systems for prisoners in the United Kingdom and the United States and the rehabilitation protection systems in Japan and Taiwan,China,and summarize the characteristics of these systems for our country’s practice.Can learn from.The fourth part is the main part of the article,that is,how the institutions,organizations,and individuals involved in the re-socialization process of our country’s prisoners should improve their own work,from state agencies,social organizations,and prisoners themselves.Three aspects are elaborated.
