Research On Community Attachment Of Farmers In The Process Of "Village Combination"

In recent years,with the promotion and implementation of the national policy of "increase and decrease linked",the idea of building a new-type rural community,which promotes farmers to concentrate on the agglomeration community,has been fully rolled out.Under the influence of values,environmental changes in rural communities have brought certain impacts on farmers,and the original production and life mode of farmers have been changed,with the rural community attribute of farmers being gradually dissolved,the identity of some farmers communities being blurred,the frequency of neighborhood communication decreased,and the willingness of community participation weakened.At the same time,there are a series of problems,such as the increasing cost of community living,inadequate community services,and weak sense of community,which put forward new requirements for the new-type rural community governance.The new-type rural community has become an important tool and carrier for the reorganization of rural society and the re-socialization of rural residents.The new-type rural community governance is an overall issue concerning the overall development of society.As the result of village combination,the new-type rural community is a collection of community culture,customs,values and other differences,meanwhile the conflicts and cooperation coexist within the community,polarization and integration.However,the community attachment is the most intuitive and quantifiable benchmark to measure the effectiveness of community governance and reflect the quality of community construction.Therefore,clarifying the research context of community attachment,studying the influencing factors of community attachment,and exploring the ways to improve community attachment are the basis for advancing the new-type rural community governance and also provide theoretical support for the new-type rural community residents to better integrate into society.Starting from the study of domestic and foreign literature,this paper conducts a survey on 474 residents of the new-type rural community in Y District of Yantai by designing a questionnaire,and the psychological state and specific performance of the residents in the following four aspects have been measured in detail,including community attachment,community interpersonal relationship,community satisfaction and community participation.By using the methods of difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the conclusion is drawn that demographic variables significantly affect community attachment,and community interpersonal relationship,community satisfaction and community participation positively affect community attachment significantly.Based on the present situation of community attachment and the empirical analysis result,the following four countermeasures and suggestions in 4 areas are put forward: implementing classified policies to complement the shortcomings to stimulate the participation of marginal residents,promoting karmic force to build a platform for community interest,taking multiple measures to strengthen governance &improve community supporting services,and enhancing the willingness of community participation achieving co-construction and sharing of multiple subjects.The four aspects above have provided theoretical support for the government to formulate policies and provide solutions for farmers to better integrate into the community.The research conclusions can also provide references for new-type rural community governance in other regions.
