| China is now at the historical juncture of its “Two Centenary Goals”,the best period of development in modern times.The vigorous development of education can better realize the great rejuvenation of the nation.In recent years,the state has attached great importance to and supported government investment in education projects,and the whole society has also paid extensive attention to them.“Quality comes first”,quality management is the starting point and the foothold of school construction,as well as an important guarantee for the life and property safety of teachers and students.However,there is still a large gap between China and developed countries in the aspects of environment,personnel allocation and management concept.Starting from the characteristics of government-invested projects and education system infrastructure,how to establish and improve the governance mechanism of school building construction quality,so as to improve the overall quality of school buildings from the whole process,is a major research topic for scholars and managers.This paper,in the perspective of the education system of Wudu District of Longnan City,by using the methods of literature research,interviews and case analysis,first defines the concept,connotation and main characteristics of government-invested projects,then introduces the connotation of construction engineering quality management and other related theoretical knowledge,and points out the characteristics of construction engineering quality management.On this basis,the paper analyzes the status quo and the problems in quality management of government-invested projects of education system in Wudu District of Longnan City.Through in-depth analysis,the paper finds the root of problems,and discusses around the project quality management from the whole cycle of quality control,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,the paper selects the representative government-invested projects in education system in recent years,which are to comprehensively improve poorly built schools providing compulsory education in poor areas,as well as the specific Dongjiang central primary school teaching building project as a case study,and combines the total quality management theory and the whole process of engineering consulting theory with practice to conduct an empirical application research on its project management process.This paper can enrich the application of relevant theories in practice and provide some reference value for other similar school project construction managers. |
