Research On Project Management Issues Under The Theory Of Total Quality Management In Government

Total quality management as a spirit of enterprise is introduced into the government,for the transformation of government functions and services as well as its management has an important role in guiding. In the public goods and services provided by our government to the public it takes the form of a large number of projects, but in the actual operation of the process, just to stay in the use of formal project, the lack of awareness of the project, the related management knowledge and ability is limited. Total quality management concepts used in government project management, will help strengthen the management capacity of the government to enhance the effectiveness and quality of the project, to better meet the public’s needs and solve social problems.By Liaoning Provincial Rural Women’s Federation launched a "two cancer" in the actual operation of the visits and surveys, contact customer oriented government TQM included, full participation, collaboration with suppliers, continue to improve, full control of the five basic in principle, found in Liaoning Province Women’s Federation, "two cancer" project management implementation exists in the extensive mode of service, the staff enthusiasm and lack of capacity, intersectoral fragmented, low quality and efficiency of the project, funding and construction period there have been delays and so on issues.
