Research On The Practical Education System Of College Students’ Volunteer Service In The New Era

In the new era,whether starting from the goal of "two hundred years" or standing on the strategic height to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the volunteer service of college students should be taken as a new platform for ideological education and a new way to implement quality education.The construction of a practical education system for college students’ voluntary service in the new era can further stimulate the nurture effect of voluntary service and improve the ideological and political education system.The thesis adopts the method of theoretical analysis and empirical investigation,based on the environment of the rapid development of big data technology,rooted in the development history of volunteerism,taking the relevant Marxism as the theoretical base,investigating the construction effectiveness and construction dilemmas of the practical education system of college students’ volunteer service,and then proposing the construction of five aspects,namely,goal system,content system,management system,guarantee system,and evaluation system.Specifically,the discussion is as follows.The first part is the foundation analysis of the thesis(Chapter 1 and Chapter 2).This part mainly elaborates on the background of the selected topic,the significance of the study,and the current situation at home and abroad.And on this basis,it clarifies the important and difficult points,innovation points,research ideas,and research methods of the study.In addition,the thesis is based on Marxism and the educational concept of establishing moral education,while digging deeper into the theoretical achievements and practical experiences of volunteerism in China and the West,to provide sufficient theoretical analysis and theoretical support for the construction of the practical education system of college students’ volunteer service in the new era.The second part is the main analysis of the thesis(chapters 3,4,and 5).This part starts the research on the logical structure and the analysis of the current situation of constructing a practical education system of college students’ volunteer service in the new era.In terms of logical structure,the practical education system of college students’ volunteer service in the new era includes five aspects: goal system,content system,management system,guarantee system,and evaluation system.The construction of the system is conducive to stimulating the social cohesion function,moral shaping function,ideological leading function,interaction regulation function,and practice enhancement function of college students’ volunteer service,and is in line with the requirements of national modernization development,school development and construction,and the demand of student growth and talent.In the analysis of the current situation,the thesis mainly investigates and summarizes the construction effectiveness and construction dilemma of the five sections of objectives,contents,management,guarantee,and evaluation,and then briefly analyzes the causes from the perspectives of three main bodies.The third part is the conclusion analysis of the thesis(Chapter 6).This part is about how to effectively construct the practical education system of college students’ volunteer service in the new era,emphasizing that it should start from four principles of combining theoretical leadership and practical education,explicit education and implicit education,in-school initiative and off-campus linkage,and teacher-led and student-led combination.And it should constantly deepen the goal and concept,enrich the content and form,improve the organization and management,optimize the environment and guarantee,and strengthen the assessment and evaluation,to complete the construction of the practical education system of college students’ volunteer service in the new era,and thus enhance the practical education effect of volunteer service.
