| With the in-depth integration of the global economy and finance,my country’s financial reforms continue to deepen,the capital market system is increasingly improved,financial product innovations continue to enrich,and the ability of financial services to serve the real economy is increasing.Enterprises want to seize the opportunity to develop rapidly,improve their competitiveness,and gain a firm foothold in the trend of market economy.Listing is a better competitive strategy.Governments at all levels have realized that speeding up corporate restructuring and listing is an effective way to promote standardized corporate governance,improve corporate financing capabilities,accelerate rapid corporate development,drive local economic growth,and promote regional industrial structure optimization.Governments at all levels must play the role of government economic functions.,To do a good job of government services for companies going public.First of all,it expounds the background and research significance of the thesis,determines the research content and research methods of the thesis,points out the main innovations of the thesis,and then discusses the basic concepts and related theories of government functions,corporate listing and service-oriented government.A summary is made of the research status of domestic and foreign government functions,corporate listings and government service corporate listing.Secondly,by investigating the listing status of Wenzhou government service companies,it analyzed the main policy measures of Wenzhou government service companies listing.While affirming the effectiveness of its work,it pointed out that there is still a weakening of active service awareness in the government services during the process of listing of Wenzhou companies.Insufficient cultivation of reserve companies for listing,large gaps in work promotion between counties(cities)and districts,and insufficient efforts to promote listing.These problems are mainly caused by the need to optimize the industrial structure of Wenzhou City and insufficient boosting policies.Reasonable,insufficient policy implementation and shortcomings in corporate development.Finally,in order to solve the above-mentioned main problems,combined with the main practices of the Wenzhou Municipal Government in serving enterprises to go public,four proposals including: enhancing service awareness and capabilities,improving listing support policies and measures,strengthening the cultivation of listing reserve,and accelerating the training of professionals for listing,etc.Countermeasures and suggestions in various aspects.The thesis aims to provide some references for the Wenzhou government to formulate policies and measures to support the listing of enterprises,and to provide effective ideas for promoting the construction of regional multi-level capital markets.At the same time,this article also has certain practical significance for promoting the economic transformation and upgrading of Wenzhou area and enhancing the competitiveness of the city. |
