From "Profit-sharing" To "Profit-generating":How Do Rural Disabled People Integrated Society? ——Taking A Employment Base In Shandong Province As An Example

Rural disabled people are double vulnerable groups in China.At present,they are faced with the situation of being stigmatized.The image of "waiting,relying and demanding" is magnified by the public and regarded as the burden of social development.Social integration is difficult.The employment of the disabled is a good way of "name rectification".This paper takes a employment base in Shandong Province as an example to understand the training and placement of the rural disabled in the base.Disabled people receive training to improve their own ability,smoothly change their employment from "profit sharing" to "profit generating",self-reliance,increase their economic income,and realize their self-worth through labor.At the same time,the mentality of the disabled has changed from the waiting person to the actor,optimistic and positive,changing the stereotype of the public.This way of employment also helps the disabled to participate in collective life,become workers,and obtain recognition from enterprises.At the same time,it also goes out of the original closed circle,actively contacts the society,deals with people,and obtains public understanding and recognition.After several stages of self acceptance,enterprise affirmation and public recognition,the disabled people gradually realize decontamination nominalization.This is also the embodiment of the transformation of the government’s ideas and ways of helping the disabled.The government should change from a giver to a guide,encourage enterprises to participate,give full play to the role of enterprises in absorbing employment and driving poverty alleviation,create a "closed-loop" through train for training and employment,and help the disabled to achieve economic and spiritual improvement.At the same time,the government’s way of helping the disabled has changed from teaching people fish to teaching people fish,from "blood transfusion" type of economic subsidies to "blood production" type to help the disabled improve their skills and successfully settle for employment.Through employment,the disabled can better integrate into the society and become an important part of "social construction,governance and sharing".In the next step,the government should also continue to do a good job in helping the disabled,actively promote the "order meal" type of helping the disabled,make the work more practical and detailed,and promote the effective connection between the work of helping the disabled and Rural Revitalization.
