With the development of Internet economy and the rise of big data industry,the car-sharing industry with shared economy is in the ascendant.As a medium,the company can obtain passengers through online App,of idle vehicles and drivers,and increase income by providing labor;passengers can easily and efficiently obtain vehicle information and meet travel needs.In this way,it not only makes life convenient,creates social wealth,but also invigorates idle resources,improves resource utilization and optimizes resource allocation.However,everything has two sides.In addition to improving the quality of life,there are some problems,such as inadequate supervision and existing Security risks,management loopholes and so on.At this time,the government with regulatory functions should bear the burden of strengthening management and regulation.However,government regulation is not omnipotent,and all the regulatory responsibilities can not be left on the shoulders of the government.Therefore,this paper expounds the definition,characteristics and theoretical basis of the administrative regulation system of the network car-sharing platform,analyzes the problems existing in the regulation process of the network car-sharing platform from the three main bodies of the government,the network car-sharing platform and the network car-sharing industry association,and puts forward some suggestions on the regulation.From a government perspective,regulation For the supervision of trade associations,there are problems of inadequate supervision and weak supervision,so we should strengthen supervision and improve regulation methods.The three parties cooperate with each other to promote the benign development of the ride-hailing platform.
