Research On The Countermeasures Of Improving The Organizational Power Of The Rural Grassroots Organizations Of The Communist Party Of China In The New Era

The rural grassroots organizations of the Communist Party of China(CPC)are the leading core of rural economic and social development,leading the development of rural undertakings in an all-round way.The development of agricultural modernization,the overall revitalization of rural areas and the affluence of farmers all need the rural grass-roots party organizations to give full play to the core role of leadership,and the key to play the core role of leadership of rural grass-roots party organizations is to enhance the organizational power.To enhance the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations is helpful to consolidate the long-term ruling foundation of the party in rural areas and the comprehensive implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Using the methods of literature research,inductive analysis and other research methods,on the basis of learning from the existing research results and according to the reality of rural economic and social development in the new era,this paper divides the main components of the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations into four dimensions:political leadership,organizational cohesion,mass appeal and self innovation.From the theoretical level,the theoretical basis of improving the organizational power of the rural grass-roots party organizations in the new era is the related discussion on the construction of organizational power by the classic Marxist writers and the leading collective of the Communist Party of China;from the realistic level,the promotion of the organizational strength of the rural grass-roots party organizations is the meaning of the overall implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,is the internal requirements to improve the quality of the construction of the rural grass-roots party organizations,and the strategic need to promote the overall strict governance of the party to the grass-roots level.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,significant progress has been made in building the organizational capacity of rural primary Party organizations,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: strengthening political construction,improving the ideological and political quality of Party members and cadres,improving the relationship between the party and the masses,and enhancing the standardization of Party organization construction.However,there are still some problems,such as the insufficient play of political leading role,the need to strengthen the cohesion and combat effectiveness of Party members,the need to enhance the appeal of the masses of Party organizations,and the need to solve the problem of loose self-construction of Party organizations.The reasons are that the core orientation of rural grassroots party organizations is not clear,the education and management supervision of Party members is not in place,the implementation of the mass line of Party organizations is not in place,and the consciousness and ability of self innovation of Party organizations are not strong.In the new era,the rural grass-roots party organizations should give full play to their political functions to enhance political leadership,strengthen the construction of Party members to enhance the organizational cohesion,closely contact the masses to enhance the appeal of the masses,and strengthen the construction of clean government to improve the self-improvement.
