Research On Self - Organization Of Grassroots Massors In The Background Of State Power Construction

As for self-organization construction, it is absolutely one of the issues to build amodern-democratic state during the social transformation times. The construction of politicsto the mass grass-roots in vast China, on one hand, is not only a reflection to the increase fordemocratic power in state-building, on the other hand, it even conforms with the direction ofpolitical democracy. Nowadays with the development of related theories, the core ofstate-building has changed into a society-oriental stage from the traditional state-orientation,in which it will influence on the state public affairs from the grass-roots level to state level byencouraging the growth of social strengthen like self-organizations, what’s more, they areplaying an active role in the process of grass-roots governing. Under the precondition of thepower boarder between the state governmental authority and the social self-organizedpermission, the self-organization constructions make a big difference to reconcile the conflictsof modern state-building, where there is a conflict between nation-country anddemocracy-country, and finally it ensures that they can not abuse each other, on the contrary,they could be complement. All that the self-organizations have done is to put the unboundedpower into order so that our society can be much more harmonious than expected.Based on the theory of modern state-building and the experience, or achievements bothin the grass-roots governing and Chinese political democracy in vast rural areas, along withthe circumstances of recent development in China, this paper elaborates the situations,significance, interactions and problems among the modern state-building, the mass grass-rootsself-organizations and social members. Totally discussing the interaction between thesepolitical factors, it will deeply explore and systematically analyze the components of moderndemocratic politics in order to better understand the constructive meaning for governmentalmanagement methods, political discourse,construction of the system and possible ways tomatch the political environments.The body of this paper can be divided into five parts. The first one is introduction, inwhich it not only briefly explains about the reasons, academic backgrounds, importance ofthis study, but talks about the contemporary situations of self-organizations from home toabroad. The second part lies in analyzing the methods of state-building in transferred Chinese society, and further explains why we have to build an all-round modern democratic societyand governments. Of the third part, it emphasizes the definitions of the self-organization, thetypes of the self-organization, the features and of the function, the influence,thecontemporary construction of self-organization in recent China according to the second part.In the fourth part it is about how the state power works on the grass-roots self-organizationthrough active and negative aspects, and in turn, the latter on the former. The solution to theproblems in self-organization construction as well as the relationship between theself-organization and Chinese Communist Party in rural areas comes to the fifth part, inaddition, it also presents the suggestions to two levels by the state and the grass-root. At last,it is the conclusion, in which it stresses the further significance of self-organizationconstruction with the reaction of state-power, especially in social and economic backgroundof “big” era and “small” individuals in our social development.
