| In recent years,China’s economy has maintained a stable and good operating trend,with strong innovation drivers and steady progress in high-quality development.Among them,non-public economy has contributed a lot.As the "two new" organizations,non-public enterprises have gathered a large number of outstanding League members and young people,but the Communist Youth League,as a mass advanced youth organization,has not included all non-public enterprises and young people in the scope of service,or the quality of service is not high and the effect is not obvious.In the field of non-public economy,the Communist Youth League is confronted with the problems of not being established,not covering a wide range of areas,not being vigorous and not having high attractiveness and cohesion.This also makes the youth of enterprises have a lower sense of identity and belonging to the Communist Youth League,which makes the construction of League organizations fall into a vicious circle.The starting point of this paper is how to establish a better Communist Youth League organization of non-public enterprises in Suqian Chemical Park,to solve all kinds of problems encountered in the process of construction,and to achieve the effect of enlarging the coverage and improving quality.Firstly,on the basis of the research and summary of relevant academic achievements,this paper comprehensively expounds the concepts of non-public enterprises and Communist Youth League organizations,and clarifies the connotation and requirements of Non-public Enterprise League construction.Secondly,it summarizes the development of non-public enterprises and their league organizations in Suqian Chemical Park and the specific measures for the construction of existing League organizations,and deeply analyses the problems and their causes in the process of the construction of the Communist Youth League.Finally,on the basis of research and analysis,combined with the characteristics of League Construction in non-public enterprises,this paper discusses how the Communist Youth League organizations can better serve non-public enterprises from the aspects of organizational establishment,organizational management,vitality promotion and Party building leading League construction,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how non-public enterprises can better do the League Construction work.To achieve the scientific and sustainable development of the Communist Youth League in non-public enterprises. |
