Research On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Maoxian Youth League Committee’s Participation In Youth Public Affairs Management

In the new era,Chinese youth are born in a prosperous age.The continuous innovation of information technology promotes cognitive iteration,extensive and profound social changes promote the superposition of opportunities,and the continuous release of reform dividends achieves rapid development,the needs of youth for a better life are growing and diversified.Public affairs management has put forward higher requirements.The Communist Youth League of China carries out youth work for Communist Party of China,participates in and continuously improves the management of youth public affairs,improves and enhances public welfare for the youth,and meets the youth’s yearning and pursuit for a better life are important topics that urgently need to be studied.This paper aims to explore the essence of youth public affairs management from the perspective of public management,through in-depth research on previous scholars’ literature,using the theoretical basis of public management theory,public welfare theory,new public service theory,etc.The externalization of "public affairs management" into "the supply of youth public products and public services",analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Maoxian Youth League Committee’s participation in youth public affairs management,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the significance,purpose and method of the research;the second part defines the relevant concepts and the theoretical basis of research and application;the third part sorts out and analyzes the current situation of Maoxian Youth League Committee’s participation in youth public affairs management;the fourth part analyzes the existing problems and causes,and the fifth part puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems and causes.Research shows that the traditional "administrative management" thinking mode and conventional single working methods can no longer meet the growing and diverse needs of the youth group for public goods and public services,and it is difficult to significantly improve and enhance the public welfare of the youth.Organizations face the danger of growing at a distance from,or even disconnecting from youth.The Communist Youth League should abandon outdated thinking,intensify the reform of de-administration,coordinate and mobilize all forces and resources,and vigorously improve the content and quality of youth public goods and public services,so as to improve the environment for youth development and growth,and promote youth development.It is hoped that this research can provide new perspectives and ideas for local improvement of youth public affairs management.
