Township government the first-level government that has the closest contact with the masses.The smooth development of the township government work is directly related to the local economic and social development.Among all the staff of the township government,civil servants account for the largest proportion and are the main force in the work.Therefore,township civil servants are vital to the development of township work.In recent years,the loss of township civil servants has become increasingly prominent.The loss of township civil servants will have a serious impact on the stability of township staff,township work and the credibility of the government,which will indirectly impact the local economic and social development.For the construction of civil servants and the development of township work,it is necessary to study the loss of township civil servants and analyze the reasons and countermeasures.Y town is located in a township of Y county of Hebei province,where there is a prominent phenomenon of the loss of civil servants.From the perspective of Y town office,this paper analyzes the loss of civil servants in Y town office,and tries to find solutions.First of all,through the data by field visits,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the current situation of civil servants in Y town office and the structure and form of the loss of civil servants in the past five years,and then job satisfaction questionnaire survey of all civil servants in Y town office and field interviews with some of them are carried out.Based on the investigation and interview results,the main reasons of the loss of civil servants in Y town office are mainly as follows: deviation in the implementation of salary and welfare of Y town office,no sound system of reward and punishment assessment and Promotion Mechanism,more psychological pressure,no exertion of personal ability.Then this paper puts forward some countermeasures to deal with the loss of civil servants of Y town office: improve the salary and welfare system,optimize the promotion mechanism,improve the reward and punishment assessment system,reduce the work pressure,strengthen the ideological guarantee of the civil servants of Y town office.This research provides a reference for Y town to strengthen the construction of civil servants,alleviate the loss of civil servants and maintain the stability of civil servants.It also provides a reference for other towns to solve the problem of loss of civil servants and improve the overall level of government work.It can provide reference of civil service management mechanism for the township government,contributing to making good use of the township management,the smallest but crucial unit in the country,so that it can exert its greatest potential as the source of power for the operation of the entire country.
