As an important part of the grassroots rural team,village cadres are also an important means for the party and the government to strengthen the leadership of grassroots work.As front-line personnel contacting with the broad masses of the people,they are also propagandists and executors guiding rural Party members and the masses to implement the relevant policies and spirits of the higher authorities.As time goes on,more and more "post-85" and "post-90" young cadres are injected into the team of village cadres.Due to the different growth environment,they are very different from the older generation of village cadres in terms of adaptability to grass-roots work,expectation of self-development,pursuit of quality of life and grasp of work balance.At present,the incentive mechanism of grassroots cadres in villages is more and more important for young cadres in villages.Its scientificity and rationality are directly related to the implementation effect of rural work,the administrative management and efficiency level of grassroots government.From the general direction,it is of great significance for Rural Revitalization and new rural construction.This paper takes Y City of Zhejiang Province as the research object of the incentive mechanism for young village cadres,through field interviews,questionnaires and other ways to understand the work incentive situation of 82 young village cadres in Y City,and then analyzes the existing problems and reasons from the concept,system and implementation of the incentive mechanism for young village cadres in Y City,Finally,it puts forward the specific countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the incentive mechanism of young village cadres in Y City.At present,there are some problems in the incentive mechanism of young village cadres in Y City,such as outdated incentive concept,backward incentive mechanism,and inadequate incentive implementation.The reason is that the administrative culture incentive is not in place at the concept level,and the rule of people at the grass-roots level is still relatively common.At the system level,the system lags behind and the system is too complex,At the implementation level,there are many reasons,such as the diversified positioning of township cadres,the rich content of rural work,the lack of grass-roots incentive resources and so on.Finally,through the comprehensive application of career development,human resource management and incentive theory,combined with the actual situation of Y City,the paper carried out the research on optimizing the incentive mechanism of young village cadres,and put forward some suggestions,such as strengthening the construction of the professional ethics system of young village cadres,establishing the fine incentive management mechanism of young village cadres To ensure the effective implementation of the incentive mechanism and other three aspects to improve the incentive mechanism of village cadres.In the first year of the fourteenth five year plan,under the background of vigorously promoting rural revitalization,it is of great significance to analyze and study the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of young cadres in villages and put forward corresponding optimization suggestions,so as to better do a good job in the construction of grass-roots team and better serve the rural development.This paper puts forward specific opinions and suggestions on the incentive mechanism of young village cadres from the aspects of concept,system and implementation,which provides a reference for the establishment of a more scientific and perfect incentive system for young village cadres in various regions of the country in the future,and provides more targeted,feasible and operational opinions and suggestions for the formulation of the incentive mechanism for young village cadres,By stimulating the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of young village cadres to start a business,we can provide stronger human resource support for promoting the transformation of administrative efficiency of grass-roots township government and the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
