Design And Realization Of Fully Automatic Material Evidence Database Of Public Security Bureau

With the deepening of social progress and the reform of the judicial system,higher requirements are placed on the normative legality of physical evidence preservation.The automatic physical evidence library of the Public Security Bureauis one of the effective means to improve the standardization of physical evidence management.It integrates automated three-dimensional storage technology,industrial automation control technology,communication technology and computer application technology.Its research and development will greatly improve the physical property management of the public security system.The level of automation and informazation can effectively reduce the space occupied by warehouses,reduce manpower investment,improve the efficiency and transparency of evidence transfer,and make the circulation of physical evidence more scientific and standardized.This article has fully studied the current status and needs of physical evidence management,put forward the functional requirements of the automatic physical evidence library of the Public Security Bureau,and carried out overall planning for the entire system.The layout of the automatic material evidence library was designed,the shelf system was designed and planned,and the three-dimensional space wasfully utilized.The 4-axis robot was designed as the executing agency for theautomatic operation of the physical evidence library,and the transfer of the physical evidence was completed through the transfer line.The need for physical inventory management has developed a web physical property management system,which can be used to implement rights management,warehouse operations,and warehouse report management functions.
