| At the 19 th National People’s Congress of the Communist Party of China held in2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping creatively proposed the overall layout of the party’s political construction in the new era,including the party’s political construction for the first time,it points out that the party’s political construction should be taken as the leader,which fully shows that the party’s political construction is the important position of the party’s fundamental construction.Emphasizing politics has always been the fundamental requirement and distinct advantage of Marxist political parties,but placing the party’s political construction in the overall layout of Party building is a major innovation in Party building in the new era,this innovation is not only based on the experience of managing the party for a long time,but also based on the characteristics of the times and the requirements of the Times.The party’s political construction in the new era is characterized by regularity,epochal nature,rich connotation and originality,which provides theoretical guidance for solving the problems and difficulties of the Times.It is of great significance to study the theory of the Party’s political construction in the new era in order to solve the outstanding contradictions and problems in the party and improve the party’s ruling ability and level.The first chapter of this article mainly elaborates the background of the party’s political construction thought in the new era.The thought of the party’s political construction in the new era is based on the important exposition of the Party’s construction by the classic Marxist Writers and the successful experience of the CPC in managing the party for a long time,the great theoretical and practical innovation combined with the present situation both at home and abroad and within and outside the party is of great significance to the management of the Party and the advancement of the great cause of the Party and the country in the new era.The second chapter mainly discusses the core of the party’s political construction in the new era.Its core essence includes four aspects: Strengthening the party’s political belief,persisting in and perfecting the party’s political leadership,strengthening the party’s political ability and purifying the political ecology within the party,and puts the party’s political construction first,a series of original conclusions,such as taking the political construction of the party as the leader,have enriched the connotation of the political construction of the party in the new era.On the basis of grasping the concrete connotation of the political construction of the party in the new era,the third chapter of this paper further analyzes the basic characteristics of the political construction of the party in the new era,namely,the four major characteristics of the party: The fundamental nature,the leading nature,the guarantee nature and the people nature,it fully reflects the important role of the Party’s leadership and the party’s political construction in the development of the cause of the party and the country,as well as the party’s aim of serving the people and its value orientation of taking the people as the center.The last chapter analyzes the value of the party’s political construction in the new era from both theory and practice.In theory,the political construction of the party in the new era enriches and develops the Marxist theory of Party construction,achieves the unification of theoretical logic and historical logic,serves the people and maintains authority;in practice,the dominant position of the party’s political construction in the layout of the Party’s construction has been further highlighted,and it provides important guidance for pushing forward the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party and advancing the realization of the Chinese Dream in the new era. |
