| Women’s participation in rural social governance is an important indicator of social progress and democratic political development,and it is also an important indicator of women’s status.However,rural women,as a typical disadvantaged group,are affected by specific political,economic and cultural environment and other factors,and are in a disadvantaged position in participating in the process of rural social governance.At present,the villager autonomy system and democratic election system widely implemented in rural areas in my country provide opportunities and platforms for rural women to participate.In this context,how to promote rural women’s participation in social governance and how to give play to the important power of rural women in villager autonomy have become important issues that need to be resolved urgently in rural society.This paper selects Duolun County,Xilin Gol League,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research site.Through the analysis of the status quo,problems and causes of women’s participation in rural social governance in Duolun County,Inner Mongolia,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of rural women’s participation: The three perspectives of foundation,cultural ideology,and personal ability enhance the awareness of rural women’s participation in social governance;the second is the status level,which enhances the main status of rural women ’ s participation from the three perspectives of participation channels,participation content and participation structure;third is the system level,from The three aspects of laws and regulations,the effectiveness of implementation,and the supervision mechanism have improved the institutional mechanisms that guarantee women’s participation.Only with a higher awareness of participation,a more central participation position and a stronger guarantee mechanism can women’s rights and interests in rural social governance be effectively guaranteed. |
