The Status Of Women’s Participation In Jinan District Villager Autonomy Investigation

Since the reform and opening up, the socialist democratic politics constantlypromote rural villager autonomy is increasingly sophisticated, the proportion of ruralwomen accounted for the village population is getting heavier and heavier, women havegradually become an important force of villagers’ autonomy. With the continuousdevelopment and improvement of villagers’ autonomy and democratic electoral system,the development of rural women has undergone great changes, the awareness and abilityof women’s participation in the democratic participation of the villagers’ autonomy hasbeen enhanced. However, due to the constraints of the objective and subjective factors,women in the villagers’ autonomy, there are still the political awareness level is not high,a positive attitude is not enough political participation, political efficacy is poor, weakawareness of power to influence the improvement of political democratization in ruralareas and rural community coordinated development.The subject from the perspective of women, the use of the theory of sociology,political science, Jinan District Fuzhou City, as the object of study, use literature method,questionnaires and other methods for sampling and analysis of rural women’sparticipation in awareness and participation behavior, the implementation of the womenmembers of the village committee election the allied professionals choose "point to point"pilot policy innovation, and analyze the effectiveness of the practice of the policy.Explore the main characteristics and influencing factors of female participation in thevillagers’ autonomy, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures andsuggestions.This paper is divided into five parts, Part I: Introduction, mainly on the researchbackground, significance, research ideas, research methods and thesis structure andinnovation.
