Research On The Driving Factors Of The Development Of Smart Government Services

In the new era,my country has successively proposed development goals such as building a powerful country in science and technology,a digital China,a smart society,and an smart government.With the continuous advancement of government informatization,technological empowerment and digital empowerment have attracted attention to the construction of smart government services.What factors can promote the innovation of government services and how to use these factors to promote the construction of smart government services is a new issue that needs to be solved urgently.This article selects Shen zhen Y District as the research area,based on the DPSIR theoretical model,and explores the driving factors for the development of smart government services in the Y District with the help of interview methods.On the basis of determining the necessity of research,the DPSIR theoretical model is used to extract the three major factors that drive the development of smart government services,namely technological change,new economic development and government governance reform.At the same time,the research framework of this article is constructed based on the relationship between the elements of the theoretical model.Driven by technological changes,new economic development,and government governance reforms in Shen zhen Y District,new demands have been generated by the public and the government.These new demands put pressure on traditional government governance methods.Under the influence of driving forces and pressures,the district government innovated service methods to meet new demands.As a result,the government has more support for service method innovation,which in turn gave birth to new driving forces and pressure.The study found that the development of smart government services is mainly driven by three main factors: technological change,new economic development,and government governance changes.Among them,technological change is the core of driving the development of smart government services and runs through the development of smart government services,And provide development conditions for the other two driving forces.The development of the new economy has played a decisive role in the whole process,and the drive of government governance reform has played a leading role.At this stage,the driving force of government governance reform has the greatest effect among the many driving forces.Among them,the support of the main government leaders has become an important factor in the successful construction of smart government services.This article introduces the DPSIR theoretical model to tentatively explore the driving factors for the development of smart government services.However,due to the many factors involved in driving the development of smart government services,this article cannot exhaust all the driving factors for research.This is a follow-up Further exploration of the driving effect of other factors on the development of smart government services reserves a large space.
