Study On Livable Environment Assessment Of Beijing Sub-center Based On DPSIR Model

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the State Council have pointed out in their approval of the “Regulatory detailed planning for the sub-center of Beijing city(block level)(2016-2035)”that the construction of the sub-center of the city is not simply to build a new city,but to create a different harmonious livable city,to strive to build a new type of urbanization demonstration zone,the construction of China’s other major cities to play a demonstration role.In today’s special period of rapid development,many cities are facing unprecedented opportunities,but also full of strong development momentum.How to deal with these opportunities,how to achieve scientific planning,coordinated development,is no doubt placed in front of every urban planner,builders,managers need to seriously study and explore the major issues.The purpose of this study is to find out the key factors that affect the livable environment of new-type cities and towns through literature reading research and field investigation,establishing the spatial factors,industrial factors,ecological factors,public implementation factors,cultural factors and innovation factors that affect the livable environment,and constructing a new evaluation system for the livable environment of cities and towns,the living environment of Beijing Urban sub-center is analyzed to provide the basis for management decision-makers and academic researchers.By referring to the assessment of livable environment of cities at home and abroad and the application of the DPSIR model,130 questionnaires were distributed and 8 experts in the field were consulted,using analytic hierarchy process,entropy method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,field observation method and survey method,etc.,from the innovation factor,the cultural factor,the ecological factor,the public facility factor,the industrial factor,the spatial factor and so on several aspects carry on the appraisal separately.The result shows that the overall evaluation score of livable environment of Beijing sub-center is 82.5,which is consistent with the actual situation.With the rapid development of science and technology,people’s life style,mode of production and living environment have changed qualitatively.This paper starts from the perspective of DPSIR model,the evaluation of livable environment in new-type cities and towns pays more attention to innovation,humanism and green.From the analysis results,the construction process of the evaluation index system and its application effect in practical cases are consistent with the actual situation,it can provide reference for researchers to evaluate the livable environment of new-type cities and towns,and help to evaluate the livable environment of other large cities and new districts in China,to build it into “Easy to produce,easy to live,easy to travel”sustainable development and harmonious livable city.
