The Research Of Rural Governance Problems In China From The Perspective Of Marx’s Theory Of The Relationship Between The State And Society

Our country is a large agricultural nation, the condition of the rural governance is directly related to the rise and fall of the Country. From the perspective of historical change, China’s rural governance has gone through several stages, and plays an active role in the particular period. Since the Reform and Opening up, Self-governance of villagers as the core of the rural governance has greatly promoted the development of the rural grass-roots democracy, has had the profound influence to our country’s political reform. However, with the development of rural economy and society and deep adjustment of interest structure of rural society, the rural governance in China also faces many new difficulties and challenges. How to promote harmonious relationship between the towns and the villages and promote rural governance to achieve good governance has become a core subject in the study of democracy at the grassroots level in China.From the development of rural governance after the founding of new China, the evolution of rural governance is the result of the dynamic interaction between State power and Rural society power. In the change of rural governance model, the state power and social power is a reciprocal relationship. This article is based on the perspective of Marx’s theory of the relationship between the State and Society, take the current problems and the reasons of rural governance in our country as the main line, in order to improve the atmosphere of rural governance, try to promote rural governance to achieve good governance.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part, for introduction. This part expounds the research purpose and the research significance of the paper, reviews the previous research both at home and abroad, explains the main content of this article, research methods and innovative points. The second part mainly analyzes the theoretical source of Marx’s theory of the relationship between the State and Society, points out that theory of the relationship between the State and Society has experienced two stages which Include State and society highly unity and dual separation of state and society, and analyzes the main content of Marx’s theory of the relationship between the State and Society:the dual separation of State and Society, Society determine State, State and Society integration and the trend of State return to Society. The third part firstly defines the connotation of rural governance, which is the core concept of this article. This part analyzes and summarizes the development of the rural governance patterns since the founding of new China, on the basis of this research, this part also analyzes the combination of the development of rural governance and Marx’s theory of the relationship between the State and Society. The fourth part firstly summarizes the huge effects of rural governance, also analyzes the plight of the current development of rural governance from the township government, rural community and the relationship between the towns and the villages and so on. The fifth part bases on Marx’s theory of the relationship between the State and Society, in view of the plight of the current development of our country’s rural governance, points out that we must adhere to the principle of separation of State and Society, overcome the dissimilation of the State, promote the division between township government and rural society; We must persist the historical materialism standpoint of Society determine State, cultivate rural social public space; We must adhere to the principle of unity of the State and Society, control the trend of the combination of State and Society, actively promote the benign interaction of the township government and rural society. The sixth part is closing, paper overall research are reviewed, reviews the overall research, restates the main point and the responses of this article.
