The problem of aging has become one of the social problems that are generally concerned in today's society.China has put forward the "six old ages" aging work goals,and the old-fashioned music refers to the activities to meet the retirement of the elderly or the life of the old age.Improve the happiness index.Taking culture as the leading factor,reshaping the community's characteristic culture and establishing the characteristic culture of the community is the spirit and soul of achieving old age.The research of the retired elderly people in the unit-type community in the Guanghui Community under the jurisdiction of the North Langdong Community as a research object,under the guidance of the social identity theory,using interview data,participation observation methods and other data collection methods,found that most of the elderly in the community are red stars.Retired employees of the winery have the characteristics of shared memory and collective memory.Through the “Sparkling Red Star” project,the elderly recreated the history and culture of the Red Star Winery by learning the production of corrugated paper and making scenes,strengthening the identity of the retired elderly in the unit community,and reducing the relocation of the winery and the inability to continue working after retirement.The sense of loss,thus promoting the participation of the elderly community,promoting community development,and regaining pride and glory in the old ageThe implementation of the project mainly includes the following stages: opening the project through common memory;visiting the Red Star Winery to build a collective memory;reproducing the paper scene,continuing the red star;displaying and sharing,and enhancing identity.Based on the identity,attribution and evaluation of social identity theory,this paper explores how the “Sparkling Red Star” project promotes the identity of the retired elderly in the unit community under the guidance of social identity theory.Finally,the research reflects on the inadequacies of the "Sparkling Red Star" project and the difficulties in practice,in order to provide reference and reference for the social work intervention in the identity of the retired elderly in the unit community.
