One of the key links to ensure the stable development of China’s society is embodied in the balanced development of compulsory education and the balanced allocation of teachers’ resources.However,the current balanced development of compulsory education in China is not ideal,and the imbalance in hardware is more serious,especially the significant differences in school facilities and conditions.The imbalance in software is equally serious,mainly reflected in the uneven distribution of teachers.It is difficult for rural schools to recruit high-quality teachers,and the proportion of high-quality teachers is seriously low.This paper chooses Qinhuangdao City as the specific research object,combined with the education system theory,in-depth analysis of the city’s compulsory education stage teacher allocation related problems,clear the current situation in this aspect,the existing problems,and put forward specific solutions.Under the background of comprehensively deepening education reform,promoting the balanced allocation of regional compulsory education teachers is not only an inevitable requirement for the development of education modernization,but also a key factor in improving the quality of regional education and teaching.Therefore,studying the balanced allocation of compulsory education teachers in Qinhuangdao City has important practical significance for promoting the overall coordinated development of regional education.The full text is divided into five parts.First of all,by collating domestic and foreign research documents and relevant national policy documents,the concept of education balance and the optimal allocation of compulsory education teachers is interpreted,and the new requirements for the allocation of teachers for the balanced development of rural compulsory education under the background of the new era are analyzed.According to the theory of equitable development of compulsory education and the theory of education equity,the necessity of balanced allocation of teachers in rural compulsory education is discussed.Secondly,by consulting and statistics related data,it mainly compares the data of urban and rural compulsory education teachers’ academic qualifications,professional titles,age structure,and subject structure,analyzes the current situation of the allocation of rural compulsory education teachers in Qinhuangdao City,and analyzes the existence of the allocation of rural compulsory education teachers in Qinhuangdao City.The problems and causes.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,the conclusions are drawn and corresponding optimization paths to promote the allocation of teachers in rural compulsory education in Qinhuangdao City are proposed.The thesis selects Qinhuangdao City as the research object,comprehensively uses literature research methods,data analysis methods and other research methods to study the balance of the allocation of teachers in rural compulsory education.It is advocated that the investment of teachers should be increased,the training system should be improved,the teacher supplement and flow mechanism,and the structure of the teacher team should be optimized to optimize the allocation of teachers in rural compulsory education.
