| Judging from the current international situation,the world’s political and military landscapes are complex,and the situation around my country is not optimistic.In particular,the political and military environment is even more unpredictable.Military personnel are related to the harmonious development of the entire society.There are many factors affecting social instability in the country.A strong national defense is an important strategic support for the overall development of the country in the new era.The purpose of this article is to properly handle the various problems in the employment and placement of veterans in our country in the new era,stabilize the military spirit,and ensure the stability of the veteran group based on my country’s national conditions.This article comprehensively adopts the literature method,comparative research method and other survey methods,taking the employment placement of veterans in Jiangxi Province as an example to study,using sociology,political science,management and other multidisciplinary perspectives and methods to study the employment placement of veterans.In order to reveal the true characteristics and development status of the employment placement of veterans under the new situation.Specifically,the article elaborated from six aspects: The first part is mainly about the problem,the domestic and foreign research literature review,the significance of the research,the research method,the innovation point and the main content of the research.The second part is to introduce the historical changes and current situation of the management of veterans in our country.The third part is based on Jiangxi Province as an example to analyze the existing problems and reasons in the employment placement of ex-servicemen.The fourth part is to introduce the employment placement experience and enlightenment of foreign military veterans in the United States,Russia and other countries.The fifth part is based on the above and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the management and placement of our country’s veterans.Finally,the article is summarized and prospected.Through analysis,the article concludes that under the new situation,my country’s veterans’ employment placement policies are still incomplete,financial funding for placement is still insufficient,and veterans’ employment training is lacking.These three issues are combined with foreign veterans’ employment placement models and Method,to address the above problems from the government level,the military level,the social level and the individual level to propose corresponding countermeasures. |
