Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Employment Placement Of Veterans

Veterans are the precious wealth of the Party and the country,an important force for social construction,and an important part of the mobilization of soldiers in wartime.The state has issued many preferential policies for veterans.Local governments have also done a lot of fruitful work to solve the practical difficulties of employment and enrollment of their children.However,with the prosperity and development of China's socialist market economy,great changes have taken place in the external environment,especially in the employment and resettlement of veterans,facing many new problems and contradictions,and even triggered some of the city's retired soldiers to gather,sit-in and other means of interest appeal,resulting in adverse effects.The system of employment and resettlement for veterans is an important system to ensure that veterans continue to serve the society and realize their own value after they retire from active service.At present,there are mainly three ways to resettlement veterans in China:retirement,job transition and rehabilitation.With the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous development of market economy,the original system of employment and resettlement for veterans has encountered many new situations and problems in practice.The original system of employment and resettlement for veterans has been unable to meet the needs of the times.On the basis of predecessors ' research,this paper further analyzes the employment and resettlement system of veterans in China,analyzes the present situation and existing problems,and actively draws lessons from the resettlement experience of overseas veterans,in order to explore the optimization of government behavior,expand the effective way to promote the employment and resettlement of retired servicemen,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In order to improve the employment competition ability of the retired servicemen in our country,we can promote the work of the retired soldiers 'employment and resettlement,promote the national Defense and army construction and the social unity and stability.The full paper is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the background and significance of the selection of the retired soldiers ' employment placement,the present research situation,research methods and research ideas.The second part is related to the concept and theoretical basis of the discussion,first of all retired soldiers,veteran's employment placement and other key words to be defined,followed by the requirements of the hierarchy theory,the new public service theory,human resources theory and other theoretical basis of this paper.The main content of the third part is the status quo,problems and causes of the employment placement of retired servicemen.This paper analyzes the status quo of the employment placement of retired servicemen in China and the related policies,on the employment of retired soldiers in the history of the evolution of the relevant carding.puts forward the existing problems and finds out the reasons for the problems.The forth part is the experience of overseas veterans' employment placement,mainly introduces the relevant experience of the United States and Russia,and based on the reality of our country,from which we analyze the enlightenment of the employment placement of retired servicemen.Part five is mainly aimed at the existing problems and reasons,from perfecting the laws and regulations,optimizing the allocation of resources,perfecting the service management,setting up educational platform,enlarging the support of entrepreneurship and perfecting the social security system.In order to provide relevant reference for perfecting the employment and resettlement policy of veterans.
