Veterans,as a special group,are closely related to national defense,military construction,and social stability.Ensuring successful employment and placement of veterans is of profound significance in the new era.This article analyzes and summarizes the problems related to the employment and placement of veterans in Province J,discusses the main causes,and proposes strategic recommendations for optimizing the employment and placement of veterans by comparing advanced practices both domestically and internationally.The entire text is divided into six parts:The first part,the introduction,provides an overview of the research background,significance,current domestic and international research status,research content,and methodology.The second part discusses relevant concepts and theoretical foundations,defines key terms such as veterans and their placement,and introduces relevant theoretical foundations.The third part describes the current situation of employment and placement of veterans in Province J.The fourth part elucidates the problems in the employment and placement of veterans in Province J,such as the lack of policy coordination,ineffective service evaluation,mismatch between supply and demand,lack of employment stability,and the absence of a collaborative governance framework.It provides a detailed analysis of the reasons behind these issues.The fifth part summarizes the main practices and beneficial experiences in the employment and placement of veterans in typical countries such as the United States,Russia,and the United Kingdom,as well as in Guangdong Province and Hubei Province in China,exploring valuable insights.The sixth part proposes relevant strategic recommendations based on the actual situation in Province J.It suggests collaborative governance,improving the quality and efficiency of services,enhancing employment capabilities,and resolving historical legacy issues,to effectively enhance the quality of employment and placement for veterans.
