With the deepening of the reform of judicial personnel classification and the professional development of judicial personnel,the management of judge assistants in courts has gradually changed from traditional personnel management to modern human resource management.The professional development of judge assistants has gradually entered the field of human resource management in courts,and has become an important topic in the field of human resource management in judicial departments.With the gradual advancement of the judicial reform,the courts in various regions recognize the importance of the judge assistant.In the process of personnel management,through the formulation of career development planning,the innovation and exploration of the judge assistant career development system has achieved some results,but there are also a series of problems.On the one hand,the court’s lack of understanding of the scientific management of judge assistants and the lack of periodic management of their career lead to the rupture of their career cycle,the lack of vocational training,the slow improvement of their working ability and the difficulty of their career promotion;some judge assistants have higher waiting costs,more slack emotions and low work quality;the sense of professional dignity is not high,and the incentive to judge assistants is insufficient.On the other hand,compared with the human resources research of other public sectors,the research on judge assistants is less,and the related research mostly stays in the reference of macro theory or takes the whole unit as the research object,and lacks the analysis of a specific type of object,which leads to the research is not deep enough.Based on the career stage theory,career development movement theory and two factor theory,this paper analyzes the career promotion dilemma of the above-mentioned judge assistant team,finds out the dilemma of the judge assistant’s career promotion through in-depth investigation,and proposes to build a whole chain of judge assistant career development system.On the one hand,in the early,middle and late stages of judge assistant career development,we should have a clear self-awareness and determine the goals and tasks of different career development stages;on the other hand,we should fully exercise the theory in the career development mode,attach importance to horizontal development movement and clear career development plan;attach importance to vertical development,pay attention to assessment and promotion;and develop the movement according to the core status To enhance the sense of professional honor.In addition,the career development of the judge assistant is the result of the interaction between the court and the individual.The court relies on the judge assistant team to achieve the goal of human resources,and the judge assistant relies on the court to provide a good development platform,so as to achieve a win-win situation between the organization and the individual and promote the vigorous development of the judicial reform.
