| The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to innovate the social governance pattern,establish the main principle of people-oriented,improve the government’s public service capacity,improve residents’ living standards,and build a new community smart and healthy ecology.With the deepening of economic system reform and urbanization,community,as a unit of the city,is becoming more and more important in the context of a new round of scientific and technological revolution.At a time when people’s demands for a sense of security,access and happiness are becoming more and more complex,the governance and service model of smart communities accurately meets the people’s social needs and aspirations for a better life,and will become an important way to innovate the urban governance at the grass-roots level and a necessary way for social development.This paper selects the construction of5 g smart community in Yanjing community,Qingyang District,Chengdu as a case study to deeply analyze how Yanjing community,from an old community with backward infrastructure,can be built into a 5g smart community based on providing information,intelligent governance and services,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,on the basis of sorting out the relevant literature of smart communities,this paper summarizes the current research results of 5g technology in communities and the practical experience of smart community governance.Secondly,it elaborates the construction process and results of 5g smart community in Yanjing community of Qingyang District.Finally,under the guidance of new public service theory and overall governance theory,through the case analysis of 5g smart community in Yanjing community of Qingyang District,on the one hand,the construction of 5g smart community takes demand as the core to meet the demands of public interests and implement the principle of people-oriented;Promote seamless government with the integration of resources to solve the problem of fragmentation;With the coordination among governance subjects,create an atmosphere of public participation in governance,and create a harmonious community environment of CO governance and sharing.So as to realize refined community governance and promote the reform of community governance.On the other hand,it has enriched the application of 5g smart community platform and realized intelligent service through scientific and technological development;Promote community industry coordination,innovate the supply and demand of social services,assist diversified services with multi-party participation,improve the comfort,satisfaction and belonging of community life,and promote the reform of community public services.It is found that Yanjing community has realized the double improvement of environmental and social benefits of community governance by starting from the needs of residents,multi-element coordination and multi-party joint implementation.From this,we can get the experience and Enlightenment of 5g smart community construction:first,improve the new infrastructure construction based on 5g in the community,and build the urban community development and construction with the concept of scientific and technological development;Second,the service concept of 5g smart community is driven by top-level planning,and the development power of 5g smart community is guaranteed by system reform,policies and regulations;The third is to stimulate the awareness of public participation and strengthen the main role of residents;Fourth,through 5g enabling innovation driven economy,a good investment environment is nurtured for the development of 5g smart communities,and a diversified supply and demand ecology of connectivity is realized. |
