Study On Business Environment Problems And Countermeasures In Tiexi District Of Shenyang City

Business environment refers to the sum of various internal and external factors such as policy factors,government affairs factors,market factors,legal factors,human factors and other related internal and external factors that enterprises should follow in the life cycle of starting,operating,trading,paying taxes and closing down.In other words,business environment is a complex and systematic environment,and business environment directly affects the economy of a country or region In recent years,in order to develop and optimize the business environment in the District,Tiexi District Government of Shenyang City has issued a number of special rectification action plans to optimize the business environment and carried out a number of activities to optimize the business environment,but the effect is not satisfactory.In this paper,through understanding the basic situation of business environment in Tiexi District of Shenyang City,by means of questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,this paper makes a systematic investigation and Research on the current situation of business environment in Tiexi District of Shenyang City.From the natural environment status,infrastructure status,economic development status,business environment related institutions of Tiexi District,Tiexi District,measures to optimize business environment in Tiexi District of Shenyang City,the current situation of business environment in Tiexi District of Shenyang City is fully understood.The results show that: Tiexi District of Shenyang has some problems in the formulation and implementation of business environment,the construction of good business environment awareness,the credit construction of social system,the hardware facilities and staffing of relevant responsible departments of business environment.Based on the excellent experience at home and abroad,aiming at the problems and reasons of optimizing the business environment in Tiexi District of Shenyang City,combined with the actual situation in the District,this paper provides effective suggestions for improving the business environment in Tiexi District of Shenyang City in order to attract investment and boost the district At the same time,it has certain reference significance for other central cities and other cities.
