Research On The Development Strategy Of Short Video On Government Affairs Of Dalian Public Security Bureau

It is a fact that China’s Internet public sphere has become increasingly mature in recent years.Through Internet public sphere,the public has stronger consciousness and ability to express demands.Some social media platforms play an increasingly prominent role in the construction of public opinion,agenda setting model,the formation of public sphere and the cultivation of civic consciousness,especially short video platforms are deeply affected by the public for their characteristic of staying close to the people.At the same time,faced with the4.0 era of the Internet+Government affairs,governments at all levels are increasingly using short video platforms as a new front for public opinion campaigns and public services,in order to actively communicate with the public and promote the government information publicity.From the perspective of public management,this study takes the data of Dalian Public Security Bureau’s official Tik Tok number-"Dalian e-Police" as a sample,analyzes the development status of short videos on government affairs of Dalian Public Security Bureau by combining the theories of public journalism and government journalism,compares the development status of short videos on government affairs of public security organs in Dalian,Jinan and Shenzhen,and deeply explores the reasons and advanced experience of the rapid development of short videos on government affairs of public security organs in Jinan and Shenzhen.Then,the problems existing in the development of short videos on government affairs of Dalian Public Security Bureau are analyzed,and the influence of relevant problems in shaping public security image,satisfying public participation,strengthening public opinion guidance and control,and carrying out government affairs services are explained in detail.The causes of these problems are deeply analyzed and explored.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in terms of mechanism construction,orientation,public opinion reaction,resource optimization,etc.,to provide reference for Dalian Public Security Bureau to shape its public security image and satisfying public participation by using short videos on government affairs.
