With the rapid development of network technology,the life of the public is gradually affected and changed.New media,as the product of the development of The Times,has gradually become the main content of people’s life and the main platform of public opinion.Public opinion is the manifestation of social ideology.The public expound their views and express their views through language and writing,while the Internet ferments and spreads their opinions.Public opinion has become a way for social classes to reflect their problems and express their individual demands.Under the new media environment,the public can find suitable platforms for public opinion,especially local government short video platforms,which become an important platform for the public to solve problems and elaborate demands.In the current environment of new media public opinion,the public should be given the right to express public opinion,and at the same time,effective supervision and regulation of public opinion should be formed.For the local government short video platform,it is necessary to find the corresponding new media environment,advocate the healthy direction of public opinion development in the process of short video communication,and form effective management strategies for public opinion management.Short video is a new media form formed on the basis of technological development,with novel and rich forms of expression and intuitiveness and effectiveness of communication.Since its establishment,the short video platform of government affairs has gained a large number of public users.However,with the increase of the number of users and the expansion of the audience group,the public’s ability to distinguish and accept information is different.Therefore,active and effective means should be adopted to guide the public opinion of the short video platform of government affairs.Taking the research on the topic setting of Douyin account of Qingorange Financial Media as an example,this paper analyzes the communication effect of its news from the perspective of communication,mainly explores the selection of its topics,and conducts investigation and research according to its daily public opinion situation and public opinion guidance.This paper mainly discusses the research on the public opinion guidance power of local government affairs short videos through five chapters,the main chapters are as follows:This paper is based on theoretical research,combined with relevant research cases to expand the narrative:The first chapter is the introduction part,combining the current Internet development environment and the development environment of government short video as the research background,to explore the occurrence and development of government short video.This paper expounds the research content,analyzes the research purpose,describes the research methods,and combines the previous research basis to sort out the literature,so as to form a literature review study,drawing on the previous research results,and on the basis of which,it further elaborates my own innovative views.At the same time,starting from the theory and based on the theory of agenda setting,the agenda setting research on the topic of Douyin No.Chapter two introduces the official government affairs platform of Qingorange Financial Media,analyzes the historical origin of its establishment,and analyzes the internal organizational framework and current status and role of the platform.In particular,the analysis of the content framework,form framework and audience framework of the short video product government affairs is carried out,so that the audience can clearly understand the basic organization and context of the short video of green orange media government affairs.Through the research,the development status of local public opinion guidance power of green orange media is investigated,and its development trend and new direction are discussed.The third chapter studies the current situation of public opinion guidance in the topic setting of the green and orange financial media,analyzes the topic characteristics of the green and orange financial media,expounds the current situation of the topic setting,and evaluates the results of the topic setting.Based on theoretical strategies,the paper analyzes the current situation with practical cases.The fourth chapter,combined with the current issue setting and public opinion guidance situation of green and orange convergence media short video of government affairs to carry out the strategy research,through the research to promote the orderly development of short video platform of government affairs in Inner Mongolia,build a first-class media propaganda platform,form a strategic role of public opinion guidance.In order to conclude and look forward,this paper makes a summary description of the short video platform of government affairs in Inner Mongolia represented by Green and orange financial media,and comments on the direction of public opinion guidance,analyzes the setting and selection of its topics,judges the future trend according to the current development status,and forms a prospective study.
