The Study Of Grass-roots Party Organizations To Lead Village Level Governance

As the core of grassroots leadership,the position and role of grassroots Party organizations in village-level governance are increasingly prominent.In recent years,regulations and documents such as the Constitution of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)have repeatedly clarified the core leading role of village-level Party organizations in village-level governance.As the leading subject of rural society,rural grass-roots Party organizations are also the core force of village-level governance.It is worth thinking and studying how to promote the construction of grass-roots party organizations to guide village-level governance by coordinating and managing all rural affairs.This paper reviews the development of village-level governance since the founding of the Communist Party of China and compares the village-level governance models in different regions in China.On this basis,the present situation of China’s rural grass-roots party organizations in the guidance of village-level governance problems,reasons,and how to strengthen the grass-roots party organizations,how to better guide village-level governance countermeasures.Party’s19 report describes for us "autonomy,the rule of law and virtue" village governance beautiful blueprint,the future of the village governance must is the basic-level party organization as the core,a variety of forces to participate in a "hundred flowers" diversified management mode,the governance body changed to promote rural development,rural revitalization.The party committees and governments at higher levels will surely provide more policy support and help for the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and provide a more perfect and scientific system of high-quality services.The integrated development of rural areas will also be upgraded,and the development of urban and rural areas and regions will be improved.It is believed that with the joint efforts of all parties,rural politics,economy,culture,society,ecological environment and other aspects will surely achieve comprehensive development and progress.
