Research On The Strategy Of Rural Industry Revitalization Under The Guidance Of New Development Concept

At the nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping creatively put forward the important plan for implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Among the five general requirements of "industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and rich life" put forward by the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,"industrial prosperity" ranks first,not only because industry is the basis for supporting rural revitalization,but also because of the arduousness and complexity of rural industrial revitalization under market conditions.Under the background of the new era,in the face of the new situation and task of the current rural social development and the new expectations of the people,we should not only see the achievements,but also see the existing problems.To solve the problem of rural industry revitalization and realize the prosperity of rural industry is not only the inevitable requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way,but also the major historical task of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.Under the guidance of the new development concept,we should realize the overall revitalization of rural industry in China.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,China’s rural industry has made a series of progress and achievements,specifically as follows: the level of rural industry modernization is gradually improved,the quality of industrial development is gradually improved;the mode of industrial operation is gradually enriched,and the overall strength of industrial development is enhanced;rural education is valued,and the talent support for industrial development is enhanced;and the status of rural industry is constantly improved With the promotion,the prospect of industrial development will be broader.There are still some problems in China’s rural industry: lack of motive power for development,lack of innovative achievements and talent support;low level of coordinated development,unbalanced development of urban and rural areas and supply and demand;short board of green development,damage to the ecological environment by industrial development;the degree of openness to be deepened,and the development channels of rural industry are limited;the universality of development dividend is weak,and achievement sharing needs to be optimized Question.According to the strategic deployment of rural revitalization,in view of the problems existing in the rural industry of our country,under the guidance of the new development concept,this paper puts forward five implementation countermeasures for the revitalization of the rural industry: first,adhere to the road of innovative development,drive the transformation and upgrading of the rural industry with scientific and technological innovation,guide the cultivation of talents for the revitalization of the rural industry with innovation,and enhance the impetus for the revitalization of the rural industry.Second,adhere to the road of coordinated development,promote the optimal allocation of urban and rural resources and industrial supply side structural reform,and promote the balanced development of rural industries.Third,adhere to the road of green development,vigorously develop green circular economy,build a green technology innovation system,and give consideration to industrial revitalization and ecological protection.Fourth,we must adhere to the road of open development and broaden the channels for revitalizing rural industries through the "Internet plus" mode and the "one belt and one road" development platform.Fifth,adhere to the road of shared development and realize the common enjoyment of the achievements of rural industrial revitalization under the premise of joint construction of the revitalization process.
