Research On Government Regulation Of Two Way Credit Evaluation Of Ride-hailing Platform Based On The Interests Of Drivers And Passengers

At present,the ride-hailing platform generally has the role vacancy in the safety protection of drivers and passengers,and the safety accidents of passengers and drivers occur frequently.The credit evaluation mechanism helps to eliminate the information asymmetry of the platform and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.the two-way evaluation mechanism can protect the vital interests of drivers and passengers at the same time.So,this thesis starts from the maximization of the interests of drivers and passengers,explores the necessity of two-way evaluation of ride-hailing platform platform,makes clear how the government should regulate the two-way evaluation mechanism of ride-hailing platform,and further provide a reference for the government to provide a scientific regulation ride-hailing platform two-way evaluation mechanism.From the perspective of evaluation mechanism management of ride-hailing platform,this paper sets relevant parameters such as price,platform commission,passenger negative externality and driver’s effort cost,sets driver’s strategy as optional and non-optional,passenger’s strategy as normative and non-standard,and constructs a two-way game between driver and passenger,secondly,combined with the characteristics of the two-way evaluation mechanism of ride-hailing platform,the relevant parameters such as platform cost,driver’s negative externality and the safety level of two-way evaluation are introduced,and construct two-way game between ride-hailing platform and passengers,and between ride-hailing platform and drivers;finally,the classic Hotelling model is introduced to set the maximum profit of ride-hailing platform,and the factors such as public recognition are considered when the two-way game between government supervision department and ride-hailing platform is constructed.According to Jacobian matrix,the evolutionary game model is analyzed,the evolutionary stability strategy is obtained,and the influence of system stability point and influencing factors on each party’s income and decision-making is verified through simulation.The results show that the optimal evolutionary stability strategy of the game system of driver and passenger is that the driver choose the optional strategy,and the passengers choose the normative behavior.Therefore,only when the two-way evaluation is set on the ridehailing platform,the interests of the driver and passenger can be maximized,Secondly,the evolutionary stability strategy of the game system of ride-hailing and passenger is that the ride-hailing platform chooses not to set two-way evaluation,and the passengers choose the normative behavior the evolutionary stability strategy of ride-hailing and driver game system is ride-hailing platform chooses not to set two-way evaluation,and drivers choose to work hard,and it is found that ride-hailing platform will chooses not to set two-way evaluation in order to maximize its own profit.From the perspective of maximizing the interests of drivers and passengers,the evolutionary stability strategy of government regulatory departments and ride-hailing platform is that the government strictly regulates and ride-hailing platform actively sets up two-way evaluation.Through the analysis of equilibrium influencing factors,it is found that the platform setting cost,penalty value,public recognition and negative externality factors have an impact on the strategy selection of ride-hailing platform.The research shows that the two-way evaluation of ride-hailing platform can provide safety guarantee for drivers and passengers.The government should require the ride-hailing platform to set up a two-way evaluation mechanism,guide the platform to improve the twoway evaluation,standardize the credit evaluation setting of the platform,strengthen the control of illegal behaviors and credit evaluation of ride-hailing drivers and passengers,and promote the development of ride-hailing platform towards compliance operation.
