Research On Intelligent Government Service In Yancheng City Under The Background Of Big Data

As a powerful driving force to promote intelligent social governance,big data has received close attention from our national government departments.In 2015,the State Council proposed for the first time to "apply big data to social governance innovation and provide new means for effectively dealing with complex social issues" in the Platform for Action on Promoting the Development of Big Data.In 2016,China explicitly proposed to "implement the national big data strategy" for the first time in the "13th Five-Year Plan",so that big data can have a deeper development in all fields.Under the unified leadership of Jiangsu Province,Yancheng Municipal government has orderly promoted the intellectualization of government affairs service.It has established an online service network of Yancheng City,county,township and village,and an app of Yancheng government affairs service,which greatly facilitates Yancheng citizens to handle government affairs service.Although Yancheng City has made remarkable achievements in promoting the intellectualization of government service,there is still room for improvement.In this paper,through consulting the relevant literature on the intellectualization of government service,the "Yancheng government service intellectualization scale" is formed.The questionnaire is divided into two parts,namely,the evaluation of Yancheng government service and the survey of Yancheng government service satisfaction.Through the questionnaire survey,it can be found that some of the respondents are still not satisfied with the intellectualization of Yancheng government service,and there is still time lag.The reasons are that the long-term government service habit makes it difficult to achieve "approval without meeting" in the short term,the online / handheld government service does not fully connect with the entity government service,and the emphasis on the intelligent form of government service.
