During initial stage when Wuxi Huashun Food Industry Co.,Ltd. was established,the company lacked of clear strategy. But through "fumbling in the dark" in recent 3-4 years,the company has developed a route which is suitable for its growing. For further steady enterprise development,it is necessary to make a summary to those successful experiences,thus comes a further guide to the company's future management and practice. Hence,after the comprehensive analysis and exploration to the internal and external enterprise environment,this thesis puts forward a strategic orientation and detail development strategies of the enterprise.The article has 4 chapters. The main contents are as follows:Chapter 1:Background Analysis. In the year of 1999 and 2000,because of orientation errors,non-good selled products,non-fully developed market,etc,Wuxi Huashun Food Industry Co.,Ltd. failed into serious deficit. Through the full function of strategy adjustment and great effort of all employees,the company has moved away from deficit to profit and steps on a fast developing stage. Besides,the chapter also makes a brief introduction to the background of frozen food business and the outstanding issues existed in current development of the industry.Chapter 2:SWOT Analysis. Wuxi Huashun Food Industry Co.,Ltd. has the superiority in geography location,product structure,cost control,market network,enterprise management,promote/restrain mechanism and enterprise culture,etc. But it also has the obvious inferiority in product brand distinction,financial power,company organization,etc. Besides,with the quicker life rhythm of human being,rapid sell market exploring and gradually frozen chain perfecting,the industry itself has a specific development opportunity,moreover,the situation of monoproduct may give a specific opportunity for product variety. Of course,the company also faces the challenge which arises from the threaten of replace product and newcomers,vicious competition,obvious differences between off and peak seasons,product life shortening,market elaborate division speeding up,heavy terminal sale cost expanding,etc.Chapter 3:Enterprise Development Strategies. Firstly,the article promotes an ideal of enterprise development strategy and strategy target. Secondly,the article also defines product brand,price and market position. In option to the specific development strategies,according to SWOT Match Matrix Principle and combined with current superiority/inferiority and opportunity/threaten existing in outer environment,this chapter puts forward and specifies the necessary concrete sub-strategies which enterprise must proceed,including in time followed product development strategy,competitive cost of market competition strategy,small batch and multi-variety production strategy,and the suitable sales strategy conformed to the distinguished market position theory. At last,this chapter uses a large length to provide a detailed introduction of specific measure when the company implements various development strategies.Chapter 4:Conclusion. The development strategies mentioned in this article is a theory conclusion based on the onsite practice,so it is feasible. At same time,it is also effective based on current company scale in 3-5 years which should be adhered to recently. In future,along with company expanding and changing of outer environment,the development strategies should be amended as necessary,including enrich the contents and make extension to the original one.
