Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Township Administrative Examination And Approval Reform In G City

Since the large-scale reform of administrative examination and approval has been carried out from top to bottom throughout the country,G city has actively implemented the deployment requirements of higher authorities to deepen the reform of administrative examination and approval,accelerate the transformation of government functions,stimulate market vitality and improve the business environment,and strive to walk out of the reform road with the characteristics of G city.However,it is located in the grass-roots organization of villages and towns,and the administrative examination and approval of villages and towns is directly oriented to the market and the masses.With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process of G City,enterprises and the masses have more expectations for villages and towns to improve the quality of examination and approval,improve work efficiency and convenience,and truly enjoy the dividends brought by the reform.In the early reform of G City,the administrative examination and approval of villages and towns has been gradually improved from the beginning.Although some achievements have been made,there are still many problems to be solved.In order to further promote the township level administrative examination and approval reform faster,better and more scientifically,it is necessary to study the existing problems and countermeasures,put forward practical suggestions for the township government of G city to better perform the administrative examination and approval function in the future,and also provide reference and reference for the practice of township administrative examination and approval reform in other regions.In view of the above reasons,this paper takes the township administrative examination and approval reform as the research object,defines and analyzes the relevant concepts.Based on the new public service theory,collaborative governance theory and limited government theory,this paper introduces in detail the main measures and achievements of township administrative examination and approval reform in G City,including work overview,system construction,examination and approval mechanism,service innovation and so on.On the premise of questionnaire survey,interview and Research on the reform of township administrative examination and approval in G City,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current examination and approval reform,mainly including the lack of decentralization of higher-level government,the examination and approval efficiency needs to be improved,the service process is not optimized,the application of informatization is not sufficient,the professional quality of examination and approval personnel is not high,and the accountability and supervision mechanism is not perfect.By analyzing the causes of the problems,drawing lessons from the advanced practices of other townships in China and combined with the actual situation of G City,this paper finally puts forward some suggestions on deepening the reform of township administrative examination and approval in G city from the four aspects of adhering to the principle of service orientation and simplification,promoting the reform through multiple cooperation,establishing and perfecting the supervision and restriction mechanism and strengthening the reform guarantee,in order to provide enlightenment for the promotion of township level administrative examination and approval reform.
