Problems And Countermeasures In The Implementation Of Rural Minimum Living Security System In F Town,Taixing City

Since 2007,local governments at all levels have generally established the rural minimum living security system,which has helped improve the living conditions of the rural poor and maintained the rural social order.However,with the changes of the times,there are many problems in the process of implementing the minimum living allowance in rural grassroots.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the implementation of the rural minimum living security system on the spot,analyze the manifestations and causes of the problems in detail,and find out the solutions to the problems.This paper selects F Town in Tai xing City,through literature research and questionnaire survey,deeply analyzes the problems in the implementation of rural minimum living security system in F Town,and puts forward some measures to solve these problems.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are expounded,the research status at home and abroad is analyzed,the technical route is clarified,and the related concepts and theoretical basis are defined.Secondly,it summarizes the implementation of rural minimum living security system in F town.Through the questionnaire again,the relevant data are obtained,and combined with the existing literature,it is analyzed that there are six problems in the implementation process of the rural minimum living security system in F Town:the rural minimum living security system is flawed,the minimum living security level is not high,the policy propaganda is not in place,there is a certain degree of false security leakage,the dynamic supervision of minimum living security is not in place,and the rigid constraint of minimum living security families is not strictly enforced;Finally,the operating rules of rural subsistence allowances applicable to grass-roots level are introduced from perfection.
