| Criminal compulsory medical treatment is a new thing,and the compulsory medical institution of the public security organ is a very special unit.Compulsory medical imprisoned are severe mental patients with severe accident,the former violated the intentional injury,intentional homicide and other serious crimes,the treated and restriction of personal freedom.Because of the complexity of the underlying mental illness,the patient’s condition is often unstable.Compulsory medical treatment by the police,auxiliary police and medical staff every day with these special objects to deal with life and treatment must manage the patient,but also to ensure safety,compared to suppress its working environment,work object specific,easy to accumulate greater pressure in the long-term work,thereby affecting their the physical and mental health,affect the work effect.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the stress and coping measures of staff in compulsory medical institutions.This paper takes H compulsory medical staff as the object,through careful review of relevant literature at home and abroad,systematically carried out research on causes of compulsory medical staff stress and response measures,the main research work and innovation include: 1)system to carry out a strong pressure of medical staff and the investigation work current occupation cognitive problems,the scientific design of the questionnaire,and makes a systematic analysis.2)from the personal,organizational internal and external environment,the causal relationship among various factors was analyzed.3)combined with the investigation and thinking,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to deal with the pressure faced by the staff of compulsory medical institutions from the aspects of environment,organization,family and individual.The results of this study provide a reference for the relevant departments in the formulation of public policies such as the management mechanism of compulsory medical institutions and the organization and management of staff. |
